Tradecraft

Founded in 2017 as dxw cyber, Tradecraft is a security consultancy and testing company helping people to take a modern, agile approach to securing their services. We do red-team style testing, with broad scopes of work, trying to achieve specific undesirable objectives (that is, we'll do our best to hack into a specific part of your organisation in lots of different ways). By working with product teams from early in the product lifecycle, we're able to help them to consider security from the start. We believe that good security comes first from the right culture. Process is useful, but it’s a distant second. As well as helping teams to move towards better security decisions, we also help leaders to understand technical risks so they can make informed decisions. Serious attacks are made by sentient, conscious opponents who are deliberately targeting you and our testing approach follows suit: this is something tooling can’t do alone. *Working at Tradecraft* We work hard to create a fun and welcoming working environment, and want people to feel free to be themselves.
